A retailer interested in opening a wholesale account should contact us by phone at (847) 913-0304 Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:30 pm Central time. The information that we will require:
- A fax copy of your current business license showing the name and address of the store.
- Store phone and fax number.
- In the event that you are interested in our meat products we will need a fax copy of your local health department permit certifying your deli operation.
- Names and addresses of the ownership with phone and cell numbers.
- Name of the contact person, if different, with phone and cell number.
